I started the couch to 5k in the November lockdown. Never did I think I would start to enjoy running! after completing the couch to 5k I wanted to continue on this fitness journey and try to run 100k in January. In the process I would like to try and raise any funds for Worthing Cat welfare trust. They are a local charity and one that I work closely with at work, they go above and beyond to help people in need and the re homing of cats of all ages. I know we are already almost half way into January, but I’ve been trying to set up my page, the donations will come to me and then I will gift aid it too worthing cat welfare. Just giving charge a charity £15 per month to be on here and as a small charity they cannot simply justify this.
