إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'oon

Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Allah we shall return.

It is with a broken heart that I inform you that my beloved Mother has passed away.

Our mother Hibo Adan had recently been diagnosed with cancer. She shortly passed away and returned to our creator on the 29th July 2021. Our mother was an exceptional woman who overcame many obstacles in this world and without a doubt she always upheld her faith in Allah SWT.

I can not put into words just how amazing our mother was. She was not only my mother but my best friend. May Allah grant her the highest ranks in Jannah and widen her grave Ameen.

With the rest of our time in this world we will honour and maintain the responsibly of continuing her good deeds in sha Allah. Our mother was nothing less than pious, even in her last days Subhanallah.

We will be raising money on the behalf of our mother as Sadaqah Jariyah.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah.), beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them,” (Hadith, Muslim).

The funds will be going towards building a well for a community that needs clean water, sponsoring orphans and building a masjid on her behalf inshaAllah.

Jazakallah Khair for all the duas and donations both big and small for our beloved mother. May Allah SWT reward you all and increase your wealth multiple folds Ameen.

I pray that we are all reunited with our loved ones in Jannah Ameen.
