    Story

I am so passionate about giving the next generation the right support and opportunities from all backgrounds and giving them a no limits attitude to their own personal goals and dreams.

The trained volunteer mentors motivate, guide and assist young people considered to be at risk of offending, socially excluded or in need of support. There are a number of reasons why a young person and their family may benefit from having a mentor. These could be:

Troubled home life, Peer group pressure, Poor attainment at school, truancy or exclusion, personal issues – such as drug misuse, alcohol or mental illness, poverty and deprivation.

Please visit The Young Lives Foundation and support this amazing charity.

Since catching a virus that affected nerves in my legs I have put more effort into cardio training to keep my legs engaged. I have always enjoyed bodybuilding and weight training BUT hated anything cardio/running. walking! This 5km run will be a huge challenge!
