Kaur Lab UK exists to benefit the community by addressing and preventing violence against Sikh and South Asian women in the UK, including but not limited to domestic abuse, sexual violence, honour-based abuse, forced marriage, dowry abuse, and abuse of women and girls related to their caste and inter-caste relationship abuse.

The organisation supports survivors, raises awareness, builds community capacity, and advocates for systemic change through research, education, and collaboration with institutions and community organisations.
