My name is Sahil and I am participating in a voluntary expedition to Tanzania in 2018 to support local communities there. 
I am going with an organisation known as Camps International, who I found through my school. They will be the ones taking me on this incredible, once in a lifetime experience to help others in need on a different continent. 
This will be a four week expedition that will primarily be centred around charity work, including community development work, environmental projects and wildlife conservations. With around 51% of East Africa's population living in absolute poverty, it is essential that work needs to be done by people to better the lives of these unfortunate communities; not even clean water is available to most people there. 


Opportunities to change people's lives don't come too often, so I set up this page to raise as much money as possible for those who need it the most. The money will mainly be spent on resources and equipment to build buildings such as schools and homes, buildings which I will help construct myself.
