Thank you so much to everyone who has donated and helped to reach our target. The page is still open for donations so, if you’d like to, you can still help your local church of St Botolph’s. Our income has been severely affected by Covid19 as nearly all weddings have had to be cancelled as well as there being no collections during services, yet there are still bills to pay.

4 years agoThank-you so much to everyone who has donated. Some of you may have been lucky enough to hear the chimes again. Unfortunately the thunder storm on Friday 31st July hit the church and 'fried' the chime mechanism. We were lucky that the lightening conductor did its job and saved the tower and also that a fire didn't start. The mechanism has been collected by the engineers and hopefully will be covered by insurance.
