I've raised £2500 to Raise funds for 'The Sick Childrens Trust' and to 'Maisie's Forever Garden' xx

We are moving into the 4th year of fundraising with the help of our incredible ever growing team of 'Maisies Little Stars' by running the Chelmsford 5k,10k & Half marathon on 3rd March.
Our story began in the summer of 2020 with the unexpected collapse of our beautiful little girl, Maisie. Having been placed into an induced coma and rushed to Addenbrookes hospital we were told she had endured a catastrophic bleed on the brain from an undiagnosed brain Aneurysm. Following x2 weeks under the care of the neurological team, doctors and nurses in PICU ward & following x3 brain surgeries Maisie's life could not be saved and we were faced with the agonising decision to turn her life support off.Our world shattered in a singular moment and the world stopped spinning 💔
21st August our angel grew her wings leaving an irreplaceable void in our hearts.
It is with immense pride that Maisie was able to donate her organs, a decision drawn from her caring nature & love for life. Her legacy continues as we continue to raise awareness of this precious gift to save others.
Everyday Maisie is in the forefront of our minds and our superpower to drive us on in everything we do x
We are raising funds for The Sick Childrens Trust a valuable resource that supported us whilst Maisie was in hospital and gives home from home facilities to families going through the worst time of their lives and only supported by charitable donations.
Provide funds to Maisie's Forever Garden located at her Primary School (Whitecourt) Our long-term plan to complete the pond area to allow safe access for children to enjoy pond dipping and sensory learning in addition to maintaining the large garden and woodland area used as a fun and safe outside classroom environment. Santas grotto has become a regular event growing the magic for this is simply beautiful.
These reasons are incredibly precious & every donation received makes a huge difference ❤️
A million thank you's!!
Forever grateful
