We’re raising money for Ted’s ongoing equipment and therapy. Keeping up with Ted’s growth spurts is tricky (and expensive). We know he will inevitably outgrow his current wheelchairs, and other equipment so we are constantly looking to raise money to support him. We are very lucky to have lots of equipment from the NHS, however what they offer isn’t always the most suitable for Ted. Also, Ted benefits from different types of therapies such as horse riding and swimming, fundraising helps us to allow him to access these, and others in the future. It’s so great to see how well he’s doing!

We are also fundraising for Frome Falcons Powerchair Football Club. Ted and Alex have been members for 4 years, but the club has been going since 2018. There is a wide range if abilities amongst the players who train every Saturday. For many, the sport is the only active team sport they can play, making this club so important for their social, mental and physical wellbeing. The clubs main overheads are the sports hall to train in, and the specialist coaches. They rely on fundraising to be able to continue functioning as a club.
