Story
I’m going to Athens in Greece to volunteer for A Drop in the Ocean.
The organisation works in the official refugee camp Skaramangás, where about 4000 people live. They operate a complete station for pregnant women and women who have recently given birth. There is also a distribution centre for food and clothing, and are building a Community Centre with the camp residents.
I’m raising funds for the charity, plus collecting clothing in Shropshire and beyond to send over there in time for Winter.
