Marcus is a 6 year old little boy with Global Development Delay. He is learning to walk but loves above all to be outside on his trike where he gets a greater sense of freedom of movement and control and gains the all important exercise he needs to continue to develop. Marcus has outgrown his toddler bike and misses it lots. He needs a trike that will help him move forward over the next few years as well as give many hours of fun and play. His physiotherapist has recommended the Theraplay Terrier. It would be perfect but it costs a lot of money. We would dearly love to raise just over £1000 to get Marcus a trike and if possible a further £500 for the handle adaption and the fittings that would mean he could go out on bike rides with the family.
