Story
Yep really did this today!
Shave to Raise!
I'm going to shave off my curls to raise money towards a Sensory room for the people I support. These guys only have limited or no access to the kind of environment that is really beneficial for them. The people I support have profound and multiple learning disabilities which means they have the highest level of need. Because of this and because they are very much a minority their needs are often overlooked.
My hair is a big part of who I am so it is a big sacrifice, but one I am willing to make if it can help provide a positive and tailored environment for these awesome people.
Date of the shave is now 6th December 2016!
