I'm raising £250 to help those impacted by the devastating flash flood in Nepal.

On 26th August, a glacier collapse caused a devastating flood that has killed thousands of people and will continue to impact the lives and lands of so many across Nepal long into the future. The money I raise will go to the Nepal Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund which has been set up to ensure funds go to support relief efforts by those in Nepal https://pmdrf.nchl.com.np/

John and I were already signed up to do the "Short Fast Durty" triathalon in the Cairngorms on 13th September (ignore the "sprint" in the description - I'll be going super slow!), but it seems a good reason to ask for some donations for such an important cause. Those who know me, know how important Nepal and its people are to me.

Thank you so much for anything you can give - it may feel a small amount, but it all adds up!
