Story

For nearly 30 yrs I have in some way supported the people of Cambodia. In 2005 I worked as a medical volunteer for Joyce Meyers Hand of Hope Team. We cared for up to 700 Khmer people everyday from rural communities. My heart was touched significantly by the need & in 2011 my dear friend Karen & I started to support Patient Care Ministry (PCM) in Cambodia. They continue work tirelessly, through the Healing Homes, to meet the needs of the people. Most of their patients are living in dire poverty & have little access to health care. After initial care PCM then need to continue to raise funds for their Follow-Up to assist patients who are unable to pay for their treatment. Treatment costs vary depending on the patients needs. They ideally plan to fund about $100 for each patient for continuing care. It's time to get my feet back on Cambodian soil & meet the team & patients & see how I can further support them.
