As everyone who knows me knows I am dog crazy!
I have 4 dogs of my own and currently i foster one dog from Hope for perrera dogs, his name is Cassidy and he was found locked in a shed with his brother and two small pups. They were covered in fleas and ticks and underfed. The pups unfortunately didnt make it but with the help of hope for perrera dogs Cassidy and his brother Denver are now in the uk and looking for forever homes.

They are just one example and it costs about £500 to get each dog to the uk never mind vet bills etc if they are ill.
Most of this is funded by the two main members of HPD - Polly and Julie without them over 400 dogs would have been prematurely and cruelly put to sleep.

All my friends also know how much I hate exercise and especially running!! So i am pledging that i will run and walk 1400 miles between now and christmas! That is the distance that these gorgeous dogs have to travel to get to the uk (well to my house but im not taking them all!)

I will update regularly with screen shots of my fitbit to prove how far ive gone!
