What is crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Story
My school is offering a trip to Borneo where we get to experience an expedition that lasts 3 weeks. It lets us explore new cultures and trek through jungles whilst also getting the opportunity to work with and help local communities. However the expense is incredibly high and very much out of our range so it would be amazing if you could donate a small fund towards the expense as this goal is only a quarter of the hole price.
