EDIT - Due to the overwhelming support in the past 24 hours and the fact I may have seriously underestimated the costs involved in recovery I have chosen to increase the target.

As some of you may know I have recently suffered a neurological illness which has severely affected the use of my hands and ability to walk.

As a professional musician Im sure you can imagine that without proper support and care this could be a career ending illness and given then fact I have dedicated over 20 years to developing my skills I would be devastated for that to end.

Therefore I would like to raise enough money to get the care I need to perform again and I hope that my friends and family would be kind enough to support me on this journey.
