I've raised £15000 to The Sandbach meal pack event

Hello, my name is Caroline and I am a member of The Sandbach Rotary club. Our slogan is being people of action and because of this we wanted to create our own meal pack event on May the 10th 2020 to provide emergency relief all around the world.
The way this works is we, as an organisation, are planning to host a meal pack event located in the Sandbach high schools hall. A meal pack event is an event where a group of volunteers gather to package up emergency relief meals for an organisation called rise against hunger to send off to areas in the world that really need them. The meals include highly nutritious dehydrated rice, vegetable, soya and 23 essential vitamins. They are pretty basic but for those in need they are crucial and life saving.
In order to host this event we need to raise £15,000 to buy the supplies from rise against hunger that are needed to package these meals. £15,000 could provide, package and send off 60,000 meals for those in need. At the previous Glossop meal pack event they sent off 64,000 meals to Mozambique in wake of the massive destruction caused by Cyclone Idai. Please help us achieve this goal and provide millions of people that have been struct by devastation and are fighting for there lives. You can help by sending a donation via this page or visit our website to find out more information about other ways you can help whether that is fundraising yourself, coming to one of our raise awareness events or volunteer you time to package these meals.
