its with heavy heart to anounce that ashliegh sadly passed away on monday 18th norningHi everyone we are setting up this just giving page on behalf of Ashleigh graham- jones. originally ashleigh was diagnosed with bowl cancer which was removed and as she was learning to live with her new stoma only a short while after she sadly received the news that her cancer had returned and was this time terminal. Ashleigh's wish was to marry her teenage sweetheart dougie on valentines day but unfortunately the wedding had to be brought forward due to Ashleigh's health deteriorating as she didn't respond well to chemo. Thanks to all the help from the Ayrshire community they had their dream wedding on the 6th of December. Two days after they were married Ashleigh was given the devastating news that her timeline is now weeks rather than months due to her stoma not working for so long. Ashleigh will be spending the remainder of her time at a hospice surrounded by family and loved ones and of course her new husband dougie .We would therefore very much appreciate any help towards helping these newlyweds by easing the Burdon of these events and to help this fantastic couple do some bucket list adventures before she is unable to do so, no matter how big or small everything is appreciated, For those of you who don't know Ashleigh she is a beautiful person with a beautiful soul who has always seen the bright side of things even now as she suffers this horrible disease will still have a smile for anybody she meets. .....[Update] Its with a heavy heart that we announce Ashleigh sadly passed away on Monday morning surrounded by family, we would like to thank each and every person who donated towards this so far, Ashleigh was very humbled by the kindness everyone has shown throughout it all, xx
