Story
I lost my big brother to a tragic suicide in 2020 aged only 50. He subtly hinted he was lonely, (he was single), whilst alive, but we never knew the extent, to result in him taking his life. Hidden loneliness in people is a suffering that can destroy. We found this out, too late.
The hardest and most painful thing is continuing without him which is why this fundraiser means so much. I never expected to have a life without him.
We never got to say goodbye and
just exist daily, with broken hearts since we lost him. The sorrow never leaves us . He was the glue to our family and the sunshine in it.
He was very talented, funny and caring and not a day goes by without thinking of him. He was a local postie in the community of Wrexham for 25 years of his short life and often seen on his bike.
Your donation to this fundraiser will help to provide a lifeline for others and can help prevent the devastating effect suicide causes.
It would mean so much to receive a donation for this charity so someone else does not have to have this loss. Please help me create a legacy so Brian is not forgotten. I need your help to do this.
I have raised the £380 for my 10,000 feet tandem jump, through Ardagh, Brian worked there when it was known as Continental Can. Thank you so much for your generosity, Ardagh.
My skydive is booked for march 16th 2024, (his birthday month)
Please share my link, thank you.

Below is information about CALM.
We’re the Campaign Against Living Miserably and we’re taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling hopeless, standing up to stereotypes and showing life is always worth living.125 lives are lost every week to suicide. 75% of all UK suicides are male. We exist to change this. £8 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call. £24 could provide families with suicide support materials.
