My name is Sandra Samuels -Allen 57 years old . Living Rochester..-Kent.

I started this group 14 months ago. As a Fitness instructor, Mental Health First Aider and First Aider.

I myself was in isolation even thou I went out did my fitness never knew anyone to hangout with. I had no friends. So i decided to make it happen to beat isolation and help people with their welling being. What a journey it has been given my time for free twice a week and social events and bringing the commuity together. I never knew how many people in the community wanted a group like this. I extremly happy that I can put a big smile on peoples faces while am teaching . Take them out of isolation and adding value to them.
