On 28th July we plan to tackle The Sandstone Way. A brutal 120 mile mountain bike route starting at Berwick Upon Tweed and ending in Hexham.

Our team consisiting of Mark Douglas, Andrew Taylor, Paul Archer, Matthew Wilson, Gary Lynn, Michael Grant,Dean Seddon & Matthew Gent aim to cover the distance over 2 days in the process raising money for our chosen charity Rock 2 Recovery UK.

Co founded by Jamie Sanderson a former Royal Marines Sniper and Jason Fox a former British Special Forces member, Rock 2 Recovery offers support to veterans and families in times of difficulty following trauma during active service.

Rock2Recovery seeks out distressed veterans proactively, and affected family members, within our community through many lines of communication including social media and word of mouth.

Rock2Recovery provides one coaching that is specific to the requirements of the individual. Coaching is flexible and whatever works for that person. We work at their pace and support them for as long as is necessary. Everyone is initially advised and directed to clinical and medical support to ensure the best health care for them is established.
