My name is Jenny and I am an Independent Usborne Organiser, running my own business called Busy House Bookshop. One of the many things that I love about my job is that I can help Schools and Nurseries to get free books.

We all know that budgets are tight in Schools and unfortunately that means there isn't always enough funding for the Schools to have all the books that they'd like or need. Sandy Lane Primary School are keen to improve and add to their reading resources and I am delighted to be helping them to work towards achieving that!

The Children are taking part in a sponsored reading event in School and all the money that they raise will go towards buying new books of the Schools choice. The more that we can raise then the more books they will receive for their School.

We need your help too please!

We are aiming to raise a total of £1000. This means that Usborne will also donate a further £600 worth of books to the School aswell. Sandy Lane Primary School will be able to choose the books that they feel will be best suited to their Children and with over 2500 titles to choose from there's plenty of choice.

If you feel that you can donate something to help us buy more books for the Children to learn from, and enjoy, then any donation would be gratefully received. If you are a Business then I am happy to send you a certificate to display and thank you for your donation. Likewise if you are an Individual and would like a certificate please do ask me!
