Some of you may know Ben's story, some of you may not. Ben was a 32 year old man/panda who was my world. On the 22nd June 2017 he passed away after a 3 week battle with ventriculitis and staphylococcal endocarditis plus he had had 2 bleeds on the brain as a result of this.
The Medical Centre at Santa Pod Raceway was something that was very close to Ben's heart. Having worked at Santa Pod as a fire marshal for years he really valued the guys hard work and support on the track even if it was for his own injuries sometimes! Instead of flowers for his funeral we would love to be able to raise as much as we can for the guys and girls at the med Centre to get whatever they may need!
