Mujahid ali is 31 years old and was diagnosed with squamous carcinoma of his oral cavity recently. We are so lucky that his cancer is not spread to any other parts of his head ( brain )/ body or spine as of yet. However the cancer has caused the bottom of his jaws to begin the necrosis process and is in close contact with his mandibular bone which is now exposed because of the necrosis.

Mujahid's lymph nodes show no abnormalities ( which is a good thing ), and there are no findings from his recent CT scan of any metastatic involvement elsewhere. Mujahid needs ta have the surgery as soon as possible however or the cancer risks spreading. In Pakistan, where Mujahid's brother, Saqib Ali, has been desperately searching for help online from others though that has not led him far. Mujahid wakes up and falls asleep with pain every day.

It will cost around 15,000,000.00 Pakistani rupees for his cancer surgery which will consist of a wide local excision, a left mandibular resection with a flap reconstruction ( a piece of skin/flesh will be removed from his chest for reconstruction ). He will also be needed for pain medications, food, water, and other medical supplies/costs
