Hi guys,

I will be doing the ASICS 10k in London on the 25th of July to raise money for a dog ambulance for Strays Home Rehab dog shelter.  The shelter is doing incredible work for stray dogs in Islamabad. However they are in need of an ambulance to treat sick or injured dogs by the roadside and when required for transportation to a safe place. These beautiful creatures deserve better.  I would be tremendously grateful if you would check out the amazing work the shelter is doing
