I am running the Great South Run on 20 Oct 19, I will be running with colleagues from Cams Hill School. We are raising money for our house charities. My house charity is Autism Hampshire.

I am also going to run for Forgotten Veterans UK. The military is an integral part of my life having served, parent/grandparents who served, my son who serves and friends. My service career was full of happy memories and many laughs, but not all service people have the same experience. Not all veterans have visible wounds and some battle scars lay deep beneath the surface. Forgotten Veterans helps those servicemen/women in the Portsmouth area to rebuild their lives when they have reached their lowest point.

All donations are greatly received and will be split equally between the two.
