Story
Can you imagine what it must be like to be homeless and without a place to rest, feel safe and warm? This Christmas, people who are homeless and precariously housed, will face a reality that most of us can't even imagine.
Many people who are homeless do not show up in national statistics, so there is no national figure for how many people are homeless across the UK. They are the hidden homeless, vulnerable, cold, ignored and forgotten. It is devastating and should not happen to anyone.
This year, could you help me make 50 bags of love, to give to the Birmingham Christmas Shelter? Each bag will be filled with warm items of clothing, food and toiletries. All donations will fund the cost of these items.
I want to smash my target and make as many bags as possible. I'm hoping that the people who receive these bags will know that they are not forgotten and that people do care.
Could you help me by donating whatever you can afford to help buy the clothes, items and food to make this project possible?
Thank you xx

This is a brilliant project. Shame on the government for making it necessary in 2016. Good luck with the bags, bab.
