I'm turning 30 this month and so I'd like to use that as an opportunity and excuse to raise money for two causes close to my heart.

The Pregnancy and Parents Centre is a not-for-profit organisation that works with parents-to-be and families in Edinburgh, offering practical and emotional support to enable all expectant parents, parents and their families to experience pregnancy, birth and parenthood with confidence. Doulas without Borders is a project that aims at providing doulas (supporting and empowering companions) to vulnerable women and their babies during pregnancy, birth and in early motherhood. They are currently raising funds to start up the project in the UK and gaining momentum to spread further afield.

Any funds raised will be split equally between the two charities/projects.
