Story

As many of you know I suffer from Cystic Fibrosis. This is a life threatening illness with sadly no cure. This can mean days, weeks even months in hospital away from your normal day to day life and loved ones.

Due to infections we have to be isolated in our rooms when we are admitted on to the ward. As you can imagine spending all day in a room can be very hard and the simple things we normal take for granted are a luxury.

We have a lovely garden that we are able to spend time in but unfortunately this only consists of two benches that have been donated by families over the years.

The garden is big enough to home a few tables and chairs so that patients can come outside read a paper, enjoy the fresh air or simply spend time with their loved ones when they visit. I myself have recently spent an evening in the garden with my 2 year daughter picking flowers and this is a moment I will cherish forever.

I am hoping to raise £200 to be able to provide this for the other patients. ANY donation or simple SHARE is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. And to everyone still fighting - keep going! You got this xx
