I'm raising £2,000 for a community project

Armand Toms is retiring from his tireless work as a councillor. He has been serving the community of Looe for 35 years. Rather than accept gifts, Armand, in true selfless style, would like people to donate to provide a portable enhanced hearing system which can be used at public events by the whole community.
