I’m raising £950 by swimming 25 kilometres over the school holidays to help my wonderful friend Claire (aka Quizerella) replace her stolen electric bike.

Many of you will know Claire and what a kind, caring, and generous person she is. Over the weekend, her electric bike — her only means of getting to and from work — was stolen. She’s absolutely devastated and understandably worried about how she’ll manage her daily travel without it.

To show my support, I’ve decided to take on a personal challenge: swimming 25k during the holidays to help raise the funds for a new bike. I’ll be sharing daily updates on my progress — and as most of you know, I’m happiest in the water, so this felt like the perfect challenge for me!
