Story

As you know by now, the deadliest earthquake of the year struck the Iran-Iraq border this week, and the aftermath has been horrendous. With over 450 people confirmed dead so far, emergency services are desperately searching for survivors underneath the mountains of rubble. For those that managed to flee their homes, those fortunate survivors, there is nothing left now except for the hope of aid.

We discovered that there are virtually zero ways of donating in a way that will have a direct impact and provide relief for survivors ASAP. So, we have decided to create this page, giving those that are kind enough to donate, the opportunity to do so.

The chill of the night is a little harsher, and bites a little harder at those without a roof over their head in subzero temperatures. Your generous donations will go towards providing essentials such as tents, blankets and food for the now homeless and injured.

Since transparency is key, here is exactly what will happen to donations you make:
1. Your kind donations made to this page will be withdrawn and transferred to a relief team in Kermanshah, the area worst hit.
2. The team will assess which supplies are needed most urgently within the different villages and hospitals.
3. Once these needs are identified, they set out to buy as many resources as they can and distribute them to those most affected.
Lets not stand back and watch the people of our country, our friends, our families suffer alone. Every single donation you make will go DIRECTLY and IMMEDIATELY towards providing aid for those survivors who have no option now but to sleep amongst the rubble and to ration the little supplies they have.
