Story
⭐️ Our dads story ⭐️
Just over 4 weeks ago my dad had a fall and was taken to hospital with a bleed and bruising on his brain. He was put on life support and was in an induced coma.
They didn’t know if he would survive.
Fortunately our prayers were answered and he is now on the road to recovery.
He is still in hospital waiting for a bed in rehabilitation where he will receive ongoing treatment and support in getting him back to full or part recovery. He has severe damage to his frontal and temporal lobe which could effect personality, decision making, emotions, behaviour, memory, understanding and language.
As you will probably understand he has bills to pay to keep his home - if these aren’t paid he could lose what he has worked for all his life.
This is why we are trying to raise as much as possible so that he doesn’t need to worry about all of this when he gets out (which could be months or even years!)
We need to raise £4000 by January 2019 to pay his plot bill for his home, because if we dont he will lose it 😢
Can you spare just £1? Every amount counts 🙏🏻
Thank you in advance it is much appreciated by us all 💙

6 years agoJoshua and Alysia enjoyed there visit to see grandad choc choc today 😍 My dad is hopeful that they are going to let him out on Wednesday after our meeting with the consultants and specialists. We keep on telling him that we don’t think there going to let him out but how do you explain to a confused man that he’s still confused when he doesn’t think he is? It’s so difficult because he just doesn’t understand that he is still not back to himself. Wednesday is going to be a difficult day 😢 I have a feeling he is going to try and escape again
