Story
Henry has been receiving NHS speech therapy for the past 3 1/2 years, since he was 2. They provided as much help as they can but it is no where near enough for Henry's needs.
We have been fortunate enough to provide Henry with weekly sessions with a private therapist. Henry has been seeing his AMAZING private therapist for 9 months now and has made an incredible amount of progress. He still has a long way to go but these sessions are making a huge difference to his life.
Each session costs £65 and when reports and assessments need doing this costs an additional £90. Therefore costing just under £4000 per year. This is not something we can afford to do and has only been possible so far by the generosity of family, friends and strangers who have kindly donated on crowd funding.
We need to keep this fundraising going to ensure Henry gets the support he needs.
Henry struggles every waking moment with his speech, it is incredibly draining for him. His brain struggles to get what he wants to say out in the correct way. He doesn't let this hold him back, he is a confident, cheeky character who always gives everything 100%.
Please help us to keep this therapy going. We couldn't do it without you all.
