Seaham Rugby Club’s under 9s team started playing together last September (2017) and I found myself in the postion of Rugby Mam. Until you‘ve sat on the side of the pitch all winter, in all weathers you‘ll never truely know how cold the North East of England is!

This team are amazing and with the support of outstanding coaches they have achieved so much. They support and encourage each other both on and off the pitch and are an awesome group of kids. They now need your support to take their training and skills to the next level - full contact rugby!

To help them fulfill their potential and achieve their goals, I’m running the Great North Run 2018. If you can spare anything (even £1 would be brilliant) to support a grass roots, junior rugby team it would mean so much to me and the under 9s team.
