Disability support

Story

As some of you are aware, my beautiful 19 year old son, Ryan, was in an absolutely devastating, life-changing accident last week. So many people have offered support but it is hard to know how to do this so I thought I would set up a fundraiser that people can contribute to if they wish. He will be needing help with mobility aids and adaptations to his home, amongst many other things in the coming months and years.

I have been planning all year to run the Northumbria Castles half marathon on 19 October but have been beset by viruses and injuries that have held me back. I am asking for sponsorship to complete this to help Ryan and also to give me a focus to look after my own health so I am in a better place to be able to support Ryan over the coming months and years.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Your support means the world to our family. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference.
