My mum has MS and foot drop and cannot lift her leg into bed or pull herself out of bed in the mornings. The bed she needs is a theraposture rotaflex bed that turns into a chair position so she can sit down in it. It will then lay her down and twist her down into a standard bed position. She is weaker now through having mini strokes so she will not need to struggle with trying to manoeuvre in and out of bed nor will she have to sleep with a leg hanging out of bed on days she can't lift it in.
