We are a law abiding couple who work hard as a teacher and a site manager in local schools. Sean is an army veteran from the Falklands and Gulf Wars and did 6 tours of Northern Ireland. We are bikers, who spend most of our spare time riding for various charities.

6 weeks ago our house was targeted 2 nights in a row, resulting in a smashed window. The same assailant came back this week and smashed the windows of both our cars with bricks and a large machete. This has really scared us now. He is doing this in front of CCTV cameras.

We are now living in fear of our safety and need to move ASAP. Along with my 19 year old daughter. Unfortunately, due to lack of finances, we don’t have the money to move away and sell our house quickly.

All the help the police are giving, is to advise us to move house. Not as easily done as said. There is no support from the police against this targeted harassment. We have even had over 15 bogus food deliveries over the last year, it is relentless. The police just tell us that they are investigating.

We work hard and our weekends are spent riding our bikes, usually for one charity or another. We both volunteer and give up our spare time for the British Legion and other charities.

We have serious concerns now, as we are not sure what is going to happen next. If one of us had stepped outside when he was attacking the cars, we may not be here now. Fortunately, he had run off before we got outside.
