This saturday 20th October I will be joining some of the team from Port Talbot Fit Body Bootcamp to take on the challenge of INVNCBL. A 10K Obstacle Course Race, not an easy challenge for someone like me who does not run! Its being held at Coedarhydyglyn Estate. St Nichloas, Cardif.
I know its a little late but I am trying to raise as much money as possible for Breast Cancer, We all know someone that has experienced this so PLEASE PLEASE donate generously.
The photo is of some of the team from last years callenge,( as you can see, not a clean race, ill be getting down very wet and very muddy!!) anyone wanting to know more about this challenge you can look up videos and photos on facebook @ INVNCBL online and youll see that this challenge definately deserves a donation!!!
