Update: Sadly, Stefan's body was found at midday on 30 July 2020 on the shores of the island of Evia, south of Alonissos by the search and rescue teams. This would not have been possible without your very generous donations, for which the family are truly grateful. Stefan Saigau was fishing in Alonissos in Greece underwater. His body was found on Thursday 30 July 2020. He is very experienced diver and it is very unusual for him to have gone missing in these circumstances. He is an ex naval commander diver who retired from the navy to spend more time with his family. For the last 20 years he has been dedicated to helping and coaching people by being a personal trainer.

The official search for him was stopped 72 hours after he went missing. The search and rescue team funded by these donations was able to find him. Your donations will now pay for the repatriation costs to bring him back to the UK from Greece.
