Tracy was one of our much loved colleagues here at kfc/gastronomy foods and worked for us for nearly 5 years. on april 29th tracy went into hospital for her gall bladder removal, whilst in the operation the drs found a tumour. she was diagnosed with cancer and it was terminal. after a short brave fight Tracy passed away with her family on may 24th, a day that changed her friends and families life forever.
