Thank you for taking time to read this. I am collecting for a friend who is in desperate need of money to help pay for the legal costs of numerous court cases that her ex partner is throwing at her. As this case is with the judicial system and a child is involved I've had to conceal their identity. For years my friend has sustained domestic abuse at the hands of her ex partner with whom she has a child. With the help of the Police she eventually escaped the torment and moved to a new area and started to make a new life with her daughter however once he could no longer control her physically the torment turned to relentless abuse through the Family Courts, stalking, burglary and making continuous false and malicious allegations to Social Services. By far the most malicious allegation was made anonymously to Child Line but as Child Line refused to let it be anonymous her ex partners identity was revealed.
The consequences of this abuse are numerous, let alone the emotional consequence on her child. She is physically and psychologically at the end of the road and I am struggling to find ways to support her. I am extremely concerned for her mental state as she now tells me that she has had suicidal thoughts. Legal representation has run into thousands and the mounting debt could see my friend homeless. Please could you help my friend by donating anything you can so that she can have representation at the next court hearing, get a Non Molestation Order and pay off some of the debt that the previous Court Cases have incurred.
