Weʼve raised £950 to support local schools, guides and their families by raising enough money to buy 2 second hand vehicles for 'Black & White' Safari in Gambia

Story
I have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Gambia and booked a total of 6 trips with the Black & White Safari company. Whilst we had an amazing time, we learned about the history of the company that was set up in 2013 and has really struggled for the last 2 years with the lack of tourism due to Covid 19.
We quickly started to realise that this is more than just a tour company. It supports the local community by providing jobs and an income for their guides, helps provide funding for a local community school and allows visitors to explore The Gambia in a safe way, as they have made sure that they are correctly insured and registered.
Sadly, this company is struggling and with your help, I would like to raise enough money to purchase 2 second hand jeeps, which would allow them to continue their amazing work.

2 years agoThank you so much for your amazing generosity! With the money raised so far and the amazing offer of a loan, Armstrong has managed to buy one jeep. This means that the company will be able to make more profit now they don’t have to hire vehicles. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️
