We often forget the realities around us when we are running for that last train home or running to work. We forget that not everybody has that luxury of getting home to a warm cosy house and a warm meal.
We always forget that while we are running to do these things and get to these places we are running past people that have the bare minimum. We also forget that we are all human and that sometimes we all just need a bit of help. After all it could be you one day. It could be you asking for help and finding yourself in a situation you never thought you'd be in.
It's important that we recognise that every little helps and by taking two seconds out your day can make somebody else's.
