So on the 7th of September I will be completing the gruelling Helvellyn Triathlon 😱.

Im putting my mind body and soul through immense pain to raise money for Little SENDsations ❤️💛🩷💚💜🧡🩵

As most of you know my gorgeous little Jay is autistic and non speaking. Being a SEND (special educational needs & disability) parent can be a tough and lonely place.

Little SENDsations have been a lifeline providing safe all inclusive activities when we thought we had nowhere to go. We are making some amazing memories and lifelong friends who we can be our crazy selves without judgement ❤️

The Triathlon consists of :

Swimming 1.5km in Ullswater 🥶🏊🏼‍♀️

Cycling a very hilly 60km taking on “The Struggle” and “Matterdale End” 🚴‍♀️

Running 15km straight up Helvellyn via Swirrel Edge then back down to Glenridding 🏃‍♀️

It been a while but I’m determined to do it 🤩
