Our little Yorkshire Terrier, Rosie, needs complex surgery to repair her leg so she doesn't lose it. She is just 5 years old and has already had 2 previous surgeries for Patella Luxation, aswell as regular Hydrotherapy treatment. She has now had an accident and broken this same leg in 2 places and is in extreme pain, which is being helped by strong painkillers. Our Vets have said they cannot do anything further themselves to help and she has to be referred to a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon imminently. We have managed to fund all her previous treatments ourselves up until now, as her insurers will not cover her, due to a technicality. We have now exhausted all avenues trying to find further money for the upcoming treatment she needs, which is going to cost around £5,000.

Rosie is a lovely, happy little thing, who loves lots of attention and cuddles from anyone. She has brought so much joy to our lives and the thought of her having to go through more surgery breaks our hearts.
