Hi my name is Sarah and I’m trying to raise money to take my dad and family on a family day out.
For the past two years my dad has been really sick, in and out of hospital having multiple seizures, a mini stroke, bladder surgery, blood transfusions you name it.
Last October through to January this year has been particularly difficult for our family.
In early October our dad had a seizure which caused him to black out coming home from work and got knocked by a van as he fell into the road and into the drivers path; thankfully my dad is with us today.

Suffering, in constant pain with his hip and legs my dad can hardly walk around or stand for very long. He suffers from memory loss because of the seizures, kidney problems and has had to have blood transfusions from loosing blood from his bladder.

In December 2017 we were scared that we were going to lose him, he was seriously unwell and spent Christmas and new years in hospital.
My dad turns 60 this month and we would love to be able to get him out of the house and have a day out for the whole family.
My dad loves history and learning about different things so it would be nice to take him somewhere in London and have a family dinner in the evening. In order to do this we would need your help of raising £400.
This would mean the world to me and my family as we haven’t been all together for a happy occasion in over two years; Where we don’t have to worry about whether our dad would be alright going out for the day.
