I've raised £2000 to To help Bradford Homeless Support, Bradford Street Kitchen, with new equipment and transport costs.

Bradford has an increasing rise in homelessness and struggling families. Our kitchen helps those who can not afford to eat or in need of clean clothes.
We try to have a safe area where people come together to have hot/cold food and clean clothing. We also try and provide medical, housing and benifit advise. We are there to help with forms or to help liase with other medical professions.
Our equipment doesn't last long with the amount of use they get each week. We do have an Amazon Wish list to help out too. We always run out of disposables like plates, cups, bowls and cutlery.
We are feeding around 70 people on each feed, twice a week now, even though we get donations from Greggs, the bakers and Co-op Fare Share. Most of the food is cooked by our own volunteers, who take their own time and money to help this cause.
I, the team leader, was homeless at the young age of 16, after problems with my parents, so you could say I've been there done that. I was very lucky though I didnt go down the alcohol or drugs route like some of our service users.
I really hope you can help this worthwhile cause, thank you in advance.
