Story
Emi was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex at birth. As part of her condition she has epilepsy and anxiety and really struggles with some social situations.
We have just found an amazing organisation to help her. Pawsitive Squad 🐾 is a community organisation that help children and young people with disabilities.
They help Emi and other children like her by training Assistance Dogs🐶💜. Our new pup Fox has begun his training with Pawsitive Squad to support Emi - by allerting us to her seizures, and offering emotional and physical support.
This is an amazing, inclusive, supportive service that can genuinely change the lives of young people with disabilities!
I therefore want to raise money so they can continue to help Emi and more children like her.
This year I am therefore dedicating every run, including the Loch Ness Marathon, to Pawsitive Squad - and if you would like to sponsor me and support, every single £ will be really appreciated.
Thank you
Love from me, Emi, Fox and the rest of the Pawsitive Squad 🐾🏃♀️💜

5 years agoMy little team of two are doing amazing together. They have passed their first level of Assistance Dog training - and even got recognised for their amazing bond. Fox pup has been on the ball with seizure alert and helping Emi deal with meltdowns - he often meets her outside school, to help her with deep pressure therapy (disguised as puppy cuddles). Please let us help Heather and the team support more dogs and children 💜🐕💜

5 years ago💜"Help Emi"💜 This is the first command Fox learnt at his Pawsitive training. He is giving emotional support when she is overwhelmed and on the verge of a meltdown. He did it yesterday several times during his training without being asked as he was able to pick him on her emotions. He is a star! We are so grateful to our Pawsitive training and our Fox pup 🐕💜

5 years ago⭐️🐶 Paws changing lives 🐶⭐️ This is Emi with her wonderful 4month old dog Fox. Pawsitive are training Fox to alert Emi to seizures. Fox has only been training with them for 2 weeks but after implementing the training plan Fox alerted to 6 seizures on Thursday evening! How amazing is that?! He lay quietly against her during her seizure (which is real control for such a young puppy - he is only 4.5 months old) and gave her lots of kisses when she came too. Well done Fox!!! Please donate what you can to this amazing organisation 🐶💜🐾
