UPDATE 22/08/2019 xx

This week, Sarah's oncologist has confirmed what she had recently feared - that the metastases in her brain are growing and that there is nothing further that they can do with conventional treatment. The difficult decision has been made to stop the chemo and her privately funded treatment. Naturally this news is devastating to Sarah and her family and friends.

However in true Sarah-style she is not giving up and is now looking towards natural and alternative treatments, to give her as much time as she can have with her 2 wonderful, precious daughters. The funds raised through this page will now go towards this treatment, for her to visit private consultants and healers she has been given details of and to try various natural medicines such as essential oils. If anyone has any recommendations or healthy cancer fighting food suggestions, please let me know and I will pass the information on.

Many of you have asked how you can support Sarah's family. Any funds remaining will be for Sarah and her 2 daughters, to enable them to create precious memories together that they can hold in their hearts forever.

Sarah's story:
Sarah is the most amazing young lady, only 36, with 2 beautiful very young daughters. Sarah is living with an aggressive form of advanced breast cancer which has spread to her liver, lungs, bone and brain. She has already bravely battled through many different rounds of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the 2 years since her diagnosis.

Through such a difficult time, learning she has incurable cancer, Sarah has always thought of others first, and remained so positive and determined to make as many memories with her daughters as possible. She has raised awareness through her blog, 'The Breast Factor', and has even written a book to help young children understand, called 'Mummy's Got A Poorly'.

Now its our turn to help her. 💕

Her current chemotherapy is happily keeping the disease stable but she can only have 2 more sessions.

Her only option then that will treat the cancer in her brain is a drug not available on the NHS, which costs around £3,000 a month. She can stay on this drug indefinitely for as long as it does the job and keeps the brain metastases at bay.

Let's raise as much money as we can so the last thing Sarah has to think about is money, and she can enjoy life to the full with her 2 wonderful girls. Anything you can afford to donate would be so greatly appreciated.
